The Wyndham Whistleblowers

In 2010 Trish Williams came forward with evidence that Wyndham had been defrauding and ripping off their customers. After 6 years of legal battles, a jury of her peers rewarded her with 20 million dollars. Since then, two others, Valerie Penate and Rhonda Hamilton, have come forward with a legal case involving those same sales tactics and lies.

What do all of these people have in common? They all worked for Wyndham.

They had first hand experiene using "TAFT" (Tell them any f*&^ing thing) and other illegal sales practices in order to sell timeshares. Both cases had examples and witnesses of manipulations, misrepresentations, and flat out lies used on customers in their high-pressure sales presentations.

Though Penate and Hamilton ended up with an unknown settlement, it is evident more and more people are becoming fed up with the secrets and terrible workings of Wyndham. For the sake of all 9 million familes who own timeshares in the US, I hope these cases continue to pop up in the news.
